But this should not always be compared with depression because such feelings are quite normal with old people. In few cases, those feelings may reach up to the extent where from it’s hard to recover and finally it leads to depression.

YOGA –A HAZARD FREE WAY TO GET A GOOD FIGURE

Though the yoga gurus would prefer you to accept yoga as more of a spiritual phenomenon but for now you might just be interested in yoga as you need to reduce the lap of fat from your tummy & hips.
