Smoking has always been a serious health issue & many physicians still has no clue what so ever to why people smoke even after knowing all the health hazards that it can cause. & is there really any way that a smoker can be treated with medicine to quit it? smoking has never been a pleasant experience  & at present with a huge concern g rowing against smoking, smokers need to take quite a few looks around to see if any one is offended or not.

With this much of problems & difficulties what is it in smoking that makes the smokers smoke regularly? Here is as look at the so called points that a smoker make in favor of their smoking habit. Some smokers will say that they feel relaxed when they smoke & to some of them it is the medicine for having a good concentration at what they do. Smoking is also a way to keep the smokers mood friendly & make them happy.

So with these much of positive attributes a smoker is likely to think that he/she is going to miss smoking badly if it had to be given up.

But if looked deep into these facts then we will realize that finding these positives from smoking is a disease in itself. The smokers have made their body so habituated to nicotine that without a least amount of it, body seems not to work properly.

Every day when we finish a cigarette & take our time to lit the next one, we are actually battling our will to smoke. All we need to do is to continue this battle a further more and keep on increasing the time intervals between smokings. Thus gradually we can come to a pint of having a single cigarette a day & finally giving it up completely. This is the easiest way possible if you really lack the will power to give it up at once.

Smoking is a evil spirit that has enforced it’s control over us & every time we lit up a cigar it wins one more time. Now it is time for us to take the control of ourselves & live a nicotine free life as we often wish for.
